Steel structure workshop construction plan

The steel structure workshop construction plan is a plan formulated for the steel structure construction of the workshop building. Construction preparation

Construction steps

The construction of steel structure workshop mainly includes the following steps:

Ø Foundation treatment: Before starting steel structure construction, the workshop foundation needs to be processed, including clearing debris, measuring flatness, and compacting or reinforcing the foundation according to design requirements.

Ø Installation of the main structure: including the installation of columns and beams, roofs and walls of steel structures. During the installation process, the verticality and horizontality of the structure need to be strictly controlled.

Ø Welding and connection: After the main structure is installed, welding and connection work is carried out, including welding steel structure nodes, connecting bolts, etc. Operations need to be carried out in accordance with relevant specifications and standards.

Ø Anti-corrosion treatment: Anti-corrosion treatment is carried out after construction is completed to extend the service life of the structure. Anti-corrosion treatment mainly includes two methods: coating anti-corrosion and hot-dip galvanizing.

Ø Acceptance and delivery: Acceptance and delivery work will be carried out after the construction is completed, including quality inspection and safety assessment of the structure and delivery of relevant documents and information.
