Testing Methods
Power industry standard: DL/T 637-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Valve Regulated Sealed Lead Acid Batteries"
Two main performance indicators:
1. Working environment: Normal use under ambient temperature conditions of -15 ℃~+45 ℃.
2 Structure: The terminals are connected by bolts and nuts, and the voltage drop between the batteries is Δ U ≤ 10mV.
3 Appearance; No deformation, cracks, or oil stains.
4. Airtightness: The battery can withstand a positive or negative pressure of 50Kpa without breaking or opening the adhesive, and the shell remains intact after the pressure is released
