Why compressed air needs to be dried? Compressed air contains 100% relative humidity of water, with its cooling in the pipeline, water will precipitate out, in the compressed air system, if there is water, will bring many disadvantages to the user. Firstly, there will be an increase in running and maintenance costs, i.e. a rise in maintenance costs for components such as meters, solenoid valves, cylinders, etc.; a reduction in the efficiency of the equipment and the possibility of production interruptions; Secondly, the social security investment of the whole production line increases, and it is necessary to add condensation, separation, sewage and other equipment in the system; Lastly, the quality of the process will be affected by the high water content of the compressed air, thus affecting the quality of the product, especially for the paint spraying, sand blasting, pneumatic control systems, food processing, pharmaceutical and other industries. The degree of dryness of compressed air is usually expressed by the dew point temperature, the dew point is the temperature at which water vapour starts to condense through cooling and becomes liquid from vapour. |

The high temperature and high humidity gas from the air compressor firstly exchanges heat with the cold air coming out of the evaporator in the pre-cooler to cool down and dehumidify. Then into the evaporator and refrigerant heat exchange, air temperature cooling to 2-10 ℃, separated by the gas-water separator, a large number of condensate discharged to the outside of the machine, to obtain the drier air. The air from the air-water separator out to the pre-cooler and the hot and humid air from the compressor for heat exchange, cold recovery, and at the same time its own humidity is also increased. The compressed air from the refrigeration unit enters the high-efficiency oil remover for oil removal, then enters the adsorption dryer working tower for moisture adsorption to get the compressed air with ultra-low dew point, and finally enters into the point of use directly after the back-channel filtration to get the cleanest compressed air with the smallest amount of air consumption in the limited space. |
