3. Freezer Room: Freeze seafood at -15°C to -30°C or lower.
4. Blast Freezer Room: Rapid freezing of seafood at -30°C to -45°C or lower, using specialized equipment and techniques.
5. Ultra Blast Freezer Room: for high quality seafood like tuna, temperature at -50°C to -60°C.
