The FM25Q04 supports the standardSerial Peripheral Interface (SPl), Dual/Quad l/0 aswell as 2-clock instruction cycle Quad PeripheralInterface (QPl). They are ideal for code shadowing toRAM, executing code directly from DualQuad SPl(XlP) and storing voice, text and data.The FM25Q04 can be programmed 1 to 256 bytesat a time, using the Page Program instruction. lt isdesigned to allow either single SectorBlock at atime or full chip erase operation. The FM25Q04can be configured to protect part of the memory asthe software protected mode. The device cansustain a minimum of 100k program/erase cycles oneach sector or block.
