I. Overview
Reverse osmosis desalination equipment is a desalination device using reverse osmosis technology principle.
Reverse osmosis technology
Reverse osmosis (RO) membrane is a kind of artificial semi-permeable membrane which simulates biological semi-permeable membrane and has certain characteristics. It is the core component of RO technology.
The principle of reverse osmosis technology is that under the action of osmotic pressure higher than solution, other substances can not be separated from water through semi-permeable membrane. The membrane pore size of RO membrane is very small, so it can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic substances and so on in water.
The system has the advantages of good water quality, low energy consumption, no pollution, simple process and simple operation.
Reverse osmosis water treatment is applied to boiler supply water, various industrial pure water, drinking water, electronics, semiconductor, pharmaceuticals, medical treatment, food, beverage, alcohol, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries.
II. Process Flow
Composition of reverse osmosis marine water generator: water intake system, pretreatment system, desalination and desalination system, energy recovery system, chemical cleaning system, chemical dosing system and device power supply, distribution and automatic control system. The whole equipment consists of pretreatment system, reverse osmosis system, electrical control system, cleaning system and dosing system.
The pretreatment system includes water supply pump, multi-media filter, precision filter and security filter. It mainly deals with large impurities, residual chlorine and fine particles in raw water to ensure the water quality of reverse osmosis system.
Reverse osmosis system includes high-pressure pump, RO reverse osmosis membrane module, pressure regulating valve, mainly pretreated raw water is further treated into fresh water.
Cleaning system
After long-term operation, reverse osmosis membrane module will be polluted by some difficultly washed out pollution, such as long-term micro-salt scaling and accumulation of organic matter, resulting in the decline of membrane module performance and the increase of operating pressure. Therefore, chemical agents must be used for cleaning to restore normal desalination capacity.
The membrane fouling situation should be judged comprehensively according to the inter-stage pressure difference, desalination rate and water yield, and the fouling reasons should be determined by taking different agents into fouling pollution. Therefore, a cleaning system is set up in this system. When the membrane components are contaminated, chemical cleaning can be carried out. Clean. The function is to prepare a specific cleaning solution with a certain concentration according to the fouling situation of the reverse osmosis membrane, and remove the pollutants in the reverse osmosis membrane, so as to restore the original characteristics of the membrane.
The basic technological process of reverse osmosis marine water-making equipment is that seawater is pumped into the pretreatment system by water supply pump, and filtered into quartz sand and activated carbon filtration system after adding fungicides and flocculants through chemical dosing system. After pretreatment, seawater enters the high-pressure pump. Under the action of the high-pressure pump, it flows through the coiled membrane with high desalination rate. The pressure is increased by controlling the pressure regulating valve, so that part of the pure water in seawater enters the porous collection pipe through the membrane and flows out through the hose, while the salt is blocked on the surface of the membrane and discharges with most of the seawater. After water quality reduction, PH adjustment and scale inhibitor addition, the filtered water enters the 5um security filtration system. The filtered low-pressure seawater enters the high-pressure pump pressure one way, and the other enters the pressure exchange energy recovery device. The boosted seawater enters the reverse osmosis membrane reactor system after pressurized by the booster pump and mixed with the high-pressure pump effluent. Under the treatment of membrane reactor, high-pressure seawater forms fresh water through membrane, and after water quality adjustment, it enters the fresh water tank for storage. The remaining high-pressure concentrated water enters the pressure exchange energy recovery device and discharges after recovering energy.
