Cocoyl Glutamic Acid is a non-neutralized acid of L-Glutamic and coconut fatty acid-derived surfactant. It can be easily neutralized into cocoyl glutamate by alkali sodium hydroxid or TEA. It is mostly derived from natural sources and used to prepare very mild facial cleansers and mild transparent soap.
