ASTM A641/A641M: American standard, mainly used to specify classification of galvanized steel wire and its requirements.

2. Galvanized layer standard:

- GB/T 1839-2008 "‌ Test method for Quality of galvanized layer of steel products" ‌ : thickness and uniformity of zinc coating layer of hot-dipped galvanized steel wire are divided in detail;

ISO 1461: International standard for thickness and corrosion resistance of zinc coating layers.

3. Testing standards:

For performance indicators such as tensile strength and elongation of galvanized steel wire, it is necessary to meet testing requirements of corresponding standards.

In addition,hot-dipped galvanized steel wire standard also emphasizes importance of environmental protection and energy saving. In process of hot-dip galvanizing, environmentally friendly materials and processes must be used to reduce discharge of waste gas and wastewater and reduce pollution to environment. At the same time, we should also pay attention to energy saving and consumption reduction, improve production efficiency and resource utilization.
