GD32F1 is a new general-purpose 32-bit high-performance, low-power microcontroller series product, using the ARM® Cortex®-M3 core and suitable for a wide range of application scenarios. The GD32F1 series products integrate rich features to simplify system design, and provide customers with a wide range of cost-effective MCU product portfolio through proven technology and outstanding innovation. This series relies on GigaDevice's innovative and advanced "gFlash" technology and mass production experience to create a new form of MCU, providing customers with outstanding functions and quality. The GD32F1 series products can provide different combinations of basic, mainstream, interconnected, value-added and value-added types.
The GD32F1 series MCU adopts a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M3 core, operating frequency can reach 108MHz, and Flash access reaches zero wait state to achieve efficiency. It also provides up to 3024KB of on-chip flash memory and up to 96KB of SRAM, supporting connection to two Enhanced I/O ports of APB bus and various on-chip and on-chip peripherals. This series of MCUs provides up to 3 12-bit 1MSPS ADCs and 10 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 1 PWM advanced timer, and is equipped with standard and advanced communication interfaces.
The GD32F1 series MCUs also provide many advantages to end users. Compared with existing products on the market, this series of MCUs is 50% faster. Code execution efficiency at the same frequency is increased by 30% to 40%. The power consumption at the same frequency is reduced by 20% to 30%. These capabilities provide limited functionality and bandwidth options for numerous market requirements.
