Triangle track chassis

(1) It is forbidden to climb steps forcefully, as this can cause cracks at the base of the pattern and, in severe cases, break the steel cord.

(2) It is forbidden to rub and walk on the edge of the steps, otherwise it will cause interference between the track edge and the body after rolling away, resulting in scratches and cuts on the track edge.

(3) It is prohibited to walk over bridges, which is one of the main reasons for pattern damage and core iron breakage.

(4) It is forbidden to walk on sloping roads, as this may cause the tracks to slip off and cause damage.

(5) Regularly check the wear status of the drive wheel, guide wheel, and support wheel. Severely worn drive wheels can cause the core iron to be hooked out, leading to abnormal wear of the core iron. Such drive wheels should be replaced immediately.

(6) Rubber tracks need to be regularly maintained and cleaned after use in environments with excessive sediment and flying air. Otherwise, it will accelerate the wear and corrosion of rubber tracks.
