Implementation standards:

(2) The working pressure of DN350-DN600(2) is 1.6Mpa, and the working pressure of DN32-dn400(3) is 2.Mpa.
(3) The working pressure of DN700-DN1200 is 1Mpa, the working pressure of DN1400 is 0.6Mpa, the working pressure of DN1600-DN1800 is 0.4Mpa, and the flange is selected according to 0.6Mpa. The working pressure of DN2000 is 0.25Mpa, and the flange is selected according to 0.6Mpa pressure.
(4) High-rise water supply and drainage using DN200 or more products, the pipeline must have a fixed support or fixed bracket, otherwise the product should be installed anti-pull device.

Installation method:
1. The rubber joint is strictly prohibited from exceeding the displacement limit during installation;
2. The mounting bolts should be symmetrical and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage;
3. When the working pressure is above 1.6Mpa, the mounting bolts should have elastic pressure pads to prevent the bolts from loosening during work;
4. When vertically installed, both ends of the joint pipe should be supported by vertical forces. The anti-pulling device can be adopted to prevent the working pressure from pulling off.
5. The installation part of the rubber joint should be away from the heat source. The ozone area is strictly prohibited from exposure to strong radiation light and the use of media that does not meet the requirements of this product;
