ZJR is double stage high vacuum transformer oil purifier machine, which contain vacuum pump and roots pump. Principle of work:
During high vacuum transformer oil purifier machine working, oil remove impurities by highly efficient specific filter. It use special personalized vacuum separator and its "layered filtration" high-precision filtering technologies, and use the "cavitations’" principle, and then the contact area of the oil in vacuum separator expanded a few hundred times than before. The "cavitations’" system let surface area of the oil evaporation become greater, and the Evaporation interface Update continuously so that increased volatilization of water and the regeneration of the oil in vacuum system by the greatest extent. The moisture can be quickly removed under the condition of the low temperature/ high vacuum/ large surface and at high pumping speed. Finally it been excreted from vacuum system.
The oil is removed color by the decoloration regeneration system. After that, the oil to fine filtration the net oil will flow from the oil outlet and complete the whole process of filtration.

Operation Precautions
1. When the vacuum pump is working, pay attention to the oil condition displayed by the oil mark (the oil should be on the oil mark line). When the vacuum pump has a lot of oil and water, it should be replaced in time.
2. When it is found that there is a lot of water in the cooler during operation, it should be drained in time.
3. Always pay attention to the change of the pressure gauge value. When the pressure is greater than 0.3Mpa, the filter should be cleaned or the filter element should be replaced.
4. The filter screen of the primary filter and the secondary filter should be removed and cleaned frequently to keep it clean to avoid clogging, resulting in insufficient oil intake or excessive pressure.
5. Pay attention to whether the running noise of the pump and the corresponding motor is normal at any time during operation. If it is abnormal, it should be eliminated immediately.
6. When the machine is not in use, the residual oil in the oil machine should be drained out for use.
