1.Can I get a sample?
Yes, they will be sent within one week if have in stock. But for special decoration bottle, we will need around 7-15 days to prepare it. We will charge reasonable sample cost, but can be reduced from bulk order.

2.What is the MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 10000pcs, but for bottles in stock, the MOQ can be 500pcs, talk with our sales please.

3.Can we do printing on bottles?
Sure, various of printing methods will be offered, such like silk screen printing, hot stamping, silver printing and so on. We also provide frosting, color spraying, decal, polishing, plating and label sticker ect.

4.What is your shipping term?
EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS can be provided, also by sea or air can be done.

5.Leading time for the order?

6.If any defective and broken bottles, how can you settle it for us?
We will replace the defective or broken bottles when next order, or reduce bottle cost from your next order as you request, negotiate with us please.
