AGV intelligent charging station is an intelligent charging device developed by our company based on the charging technology requirements of lithium iron phosphate batteries for intelligent robots. The device uses a programmable controller as the main control unit and a 7-inch color LCD touch screen as the human-machine exchange platform; The main circuit adopts a high-frequency switching power supply circuit, which is characterized by light weight, small size, high efficiency, and high precision in voltage and current regulation. Product Overview
The "Hawk" EV series high-power lithium battery intelligent charging station is a high-precision intelligent charging power supply specially designed for fast online charging of lithium battery packs during AGV operation in an unmanned state. The charging station adopts microcomputer control, achieving precise control of output charging voltage, charging current, and charging time. Equipped with Siemens SMART Line 700IE color touch screen as a human-machine dialogue platform, charging parameters can be easily set and modified according to actual needs; The working process and parameters can be monitored in real-time and tracked afterwards on the display screen. The charging station also has a communication interface that can report the status information of the charging station to the upper computer or receive work instructions from the upper computer.

The charging station is equipped with two operation modes: manual and automatic
In automatic operation mode
1. The charging station is in standby mode when turned on. In standby mode, the charging station checks the output every 20 milliseconds. If the output voltage is less than a certain set value (such as 16V for a 24V system), it indicates that there is no battery waiting to be charged at the output end, the charging station does not output, and it remains in standby mode.
If the voltage at the output end is detected to be greater than a certain set value, it indicates that there is a battery waiting to be charged at the output end. The charging station will start output charging after 2-8 seconds (which can be pre-set).
When the battery voltage reaches the set value or the charging time reaches the set value, the charging station disconnects the output and returns to standby mode.
Environmental conditions for use
The altitude of the ordinary type does not exceed 2000m, and the altitude of the plateau type is 2000-4000m;
The ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃ and not higher than+50 ℃;
● The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 90% (at a temperature equivalent to 20 ± 5 ℃);
● No conductive or explosive dust, no corrosive metals or gases or vapors that damage insulation, and no strong electromagnetic interference;
● No severe vibration and impact, with a vertical inclination not exceeding 5o;
