№1 Printing Slotting Die-cutting Unit
@Description1.Computer order storage and adjustment,faster order update and convenient operation.
2.Complete machine wallboard and other important pieces are all made by high precision process center and grinded by digi-controlled grinder.
3.All the transmission axle and rollers are made of high-quanlity steel with high-precision gynamic balance,plated with figid chrome and grinded surface.
4.The transmission gear adopts the high-quality steel,which is grinded after heat-treatment,after long use,it still maintains the high topping precision.
5.The main machine transmission part adopts the hand-free connection ring to eliminate the interval,suitable for long-term high speed printing.

@Feeding Unit Configuration
1.Edge-leader feeding system:adopt smaller press edge-leader feeding system,friction between paperboard and the platform.Chinese advanced technology,with character of protecting original strength of paperboard, avioding damaging the corrugate and avoiding pressing to thin.It is good to transport smoothly after pressing line,with stable system,feeding quickly and precisely,suitable for all kinds of corrugated paperboard.
2.Vacuum absorption to assist feeding,the air volume and air press can be adjusted as the paperboard size.
3.Electrically adjust the left block and back box,with pneumatic patting equippment,to make the paperboard position more precisely.
4.10.4inch colorful touch screen control feeding part,printing part,slotting part,die cutting part ,can return zero once.
@Printing Unit Configuration
1.Printing roller and driving roller adopt good quality steel,computer dynamic balance,dliminate the off-center force,grinded face and chrome plated.
2.Printing roller adopt holding groove ,foot step electric control positive and negative rotate,install and uninstall the plate quickly and conveniently.
3.Whole sealed double scrape blade system,no dust,back ink quickly,scraping ink effect is very good.
4.Ink anilox roller:Ceramic anilox,laser carved,can choose 300-800line.
5.Printing phase and axial direction adjusting:phase adjusting adopts planet type gear configuration,PLC touch screen and electrical digital in 360 degree(can adjust both run and stop),converter motor drive,change rotating speed of roller as requirement,precision is 0.1mm,quick and convenient,printing roller moving axially adopt PLC touch screen and electrical digital to adjust,adjusting arrange is 10mm.
6.Through ink roller gap,pringting pressing roller,paper-leading roller gap adopt double wrm wheel box to adjust,gravimetric show digital,(0-10mm)convenient to adjust and with self-lock funtion.
7.Option:Drying system, to insure the printing quality.
