Characteristics of Yinshan Battery Products:
1. The interior is gel electrolyte, without free electrolyte. Under strong charging conditions, there will be no leakage of electrolyte.
2. The electrolyte has a capacity of about 20%, making it highly reliable during high-temperature operation or overcharging, and the battery will not experience "drying" phenomenon. The battery has a wide range of high and low temperatures.
3. Adopting a high sensitivity and low pressure one-way air valve can ensure timely discharge of overpressure gas. The battery will not experience leakage or swelling. The battery is sealed and does not require special ventilation equipment.
The 4.2V single cell has reached the standard capacity (2500Ah), so the battery uniformity is good, allowing new and old batteries with different capacities and even different production years to be mixed in series and parallel. There will be no circulating current phenomenon between battery packs.
5. The colloidal electrolyte has a consistent concentration above and below, and will not produce acid stratification. Therefore, the reaction is uniform, and under high rate discharge conditions, the electrode plate will not deform and cause internal short circuits.
6. Therefore, it can result in a high columnar battery with a small footprint (such as a 3000Ah/48V battery pack occupying only 2.9 square meters). The 200Ah-1500Ah units are available in either vertical or horizontal placement.
7. The concentration of electrolyte is low, at 1.24Kg/L, so the battery has a longer service life, lasting 18-20 years at room temperature of 20 ℃.
8. And the battery capacity remains constant, gradually increasing to 110% of the nominal value during the initial use. So the actual usage capacity of batteries is relatively high.
9. The use of tubular positive electrode plates ensures that the active material will not peel off or detach from the core rod during use, making it particularly suitable for cyclic deep discharge or loads that require long-term power depletion (such as solar energy storage systems).
10. The other electrode plate is made of high-quality antimony free alloy, with extremely low self discharge rate. The battery has a daily self discharge rate of less than 0.05% at room temperature of 20 ℃, and after two years of storage, it still maintains 50% of its original capacity.
According to the IEC 896-2:1995D Volume 5.3 standard, test the C5 discharge rate, 60% discharge depth, and after 1200 cycles of discharge, the battery still maintains its original nominal capacity of not less than 80%.
