The machine line is consist of SJ-45/30 single screw extruder and die head, vacuum water tank forming machine,haulling off machine, meter counter, punching and winder. The units is compact structure and superior performance. the screw and barrel through optimization design, adopt 38CrMoAiA professional proccessing that can make the whole units has advantages of uniform plasticizing, capacity stability, high output, long service life,etc. The screw adopt cast-aluminium heating, fan cooling type and Precision electronic instrument temperature controller.
