Tube type colloidal batteries (OPzV series) have low self discharge electrodes, are made of high-quality materials, and have a monthly self discharge rate of ≤ 1.5%. They use colloidal electrolytes, have a large thermal capacity, good heat resistance, and are suitable for use in harsh environments (40-60 ℃). They have excellent cycling performance and deep discharge recovery ability, no need for water replenishment maintenance, gas recombination efficiency above 95%, long service life, and a float charging design life of 20 years.

During normal use of floating charge, the capacity is stable, the attenuation rate is low, the sealing performance is excellent, there is no gas penetration, and it does not pollute the environment. It is an environmentally friendly product with excellent safety performance. The copper pole with special partition, high porosity, low resistance, and low internal resistance ensures the safe discharge of large current without heating. The solid gel electrolyte concentration is evenly distributed, without stratification, and the product has high reliability. The fire retardant safety valve effectively prevents external open flames or sparks.

The PowerSafe OPzV battery adopts a die cast tube shaped plate, which can provide excellent cycling performance and proven service life in float charging state. VRLA technology does not require additional water, while colored polarity markings, bolted pole terminals, and pressure reducing valves provide excellent safety and ease of installation.
