Our 42000 liter aluminum tank truck trailer is made from high-tensile 5454 aluminum alloy, while the running gear is constructed from heavy-duty material specifically designed for chassis applications. The tank body is automatically welded to the running gear and equipped with JOST or equivalent outriggers that have a maximum lifting capacity of 54 tons with two speeds. The Kingpin, which is bolted, can be either 50# (2 inches) or 90# (3.5 inches).
There is a choice of air ride suspension or mechanical suspension for the tank trailer, and the three-axle tank trailer can be fitted with customized axle capacity ranging from 9 tons to 16 tons, with a variety of options including FUWA, BPW, SHENGRUN, and others.
The trailer is equipped with high-quality brake valves and a dual-line pneumatic brake system with ABS.
