Redispersible polymer powder is a free-flowing, thermoplastic, water-dispersible powder made from various synthetic polymers. It is produced by spray-drying a polymer dispersion or emulsion, resulting in individual polymer particles encapsulated in a protective shell. RDP is designed to be easily redispersed in water, forming a stable polymer dispersion.

RDP is commonly used as an additive in a wide range of construction materials, including adhesives, mortars, coatings, and self-leveling compounds.

Storage and Shelf life: 

• It should be stored in a cool,dry place,and we suggest that it should be used up once for all after opening the bag,so as not to be affected by moisture.

• Its shelf life is 24 months,useful life is 6 months and it should be used as early as possible under high temperature and wet conditions to avoid increasing agglomeration probabilty.

• Because of the thermoplasticity of the powder,the sacked height of the product is not allowed exceeding one tray.
