Lighter, smaller, and stronger: Compared with lead-acid batteries of the same voltage and capacity, the lithium iron phosphate battery pack system is half lighter in weight, one-third smaller in volume, and has a maximum discharge current of more than three times higher.
Long service life: The cycle life of the battery pack exceeds 2000 times @ 100% DOD, and the battery capacity still reaches 80%. The service life is about four times that of lead-acid batteries.
● No memory effect: The memory effect refers to the phenomenon where a battery does not undergo 100% deep discharge and complete charging each time it is used, leaving a capacity memory trace. The capacity that the battery can release gradually decreases until it cannot discharge. This defect is clearly reflected in the use of nickel cadmium batteries. Lithium iron phosphate batteries do not have this defect, so they are suitable for frequent charging with high current deep cycling and shallow discharge.
