Description: This product is a white powder. No odor, but with a bitter taste. Soluble in ethanol, acetone, and ethyl acetate, insoluble in petroleum ether and methane dioxide, insoluble in carbon tetrachloride, benzene, and water. Good storage stability, as a non polluting second anti-aging agent.

Usage: This product is used as an antioxidant for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber, and latex, as well as for polyethylene. It has protective effects against oxygen, atmospheric aging, and static aging, and can effectively prevent copper damage and overcome the adverse effects caused by excessive sulfur during product vulcanization. This product can be used alone or in combination with other anti-aging agents (such as DNP, AP, and other non polluting anti-aging agents) to achieve significant synergistic effects. This product is easily dispersed in rubber and does not change color under sunlight, with slight pollution. When used alone, the dosage is generally 1-1.5 parts. When the dosage exceeds 2 parts, frosting may occur. The dosage in latex foam rubber is 0.5 phr. Due to its bitter taste, this product is not suitable for use in rubber products in contact with food. It has an unstable effect on latex and can also be used as a heat-resistant oxidant for plastics, with good thermal oxidative stability.
