1 Product type and scope of application
This model is a double-horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, which is suitable for mixing dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, fluidity concrete, light aggregate concrete and various mortars in various medium and small prefabricated component factories and industrial and civil construction departments such as roads, bridges, water conservancy, ports, docks, etc.In addition to being used as a stand-alone machine, it can also be combined with the PL800 batching unit to form a simple mixing station, and the JS500 can also be used as a supporting host for the HZS25 mixing station.

3 Introduction to structure and working principle
This machine is composed of mixing system, feeding system, unloading system, water supply system, electrical control system and other parts.
3.1 Mixing system
The mixing system is composed of a motor, a pulley, a reducer, an open gear, a mixing tank, a mixing device, and an oil supply device.
The motor drives the secondary gear reducer through the belt, and the two output shafts of the reducer drive the two horizontally configured mixing shafts to rotate at equal speed in the opposite direction through two pairs of gears.
The arc-shaped part of the mixing tank is formed by secondary molding, and the mixing tank is inlaid with eight kinds of wear-resistant liners, all of which are connected and fastened with countersunk screws.
The mixing tank is equipped with two mixing shafts with horizontal configuration, and each shaft is equipped with mixing blades.Side blades are installed on the mixing arms near both ends of the mixing tank, which can scrape off the concrete on the end face.The gap between the blade and the liner is not more than 5mm.
A special sealing device is provided at the connection between the mixing shaft and the two ends of the mixing tank.In order to ensure the sealing quality, special oil feeders are provided at both ends of the mixing tank.
3.2 Feeding system
The feeding system consists of a hoist mechanism, a feeding rack, a hopper, a feeding funnel, etc.
The brake motor drives the reel to rotate through the reducer, and the wire rope passes through the pulley to pull the hopper up along the track of the feeding rack. When it climbs to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the bucket door at the bottom of the hopper enter the horizontal fork of the feeding rack, the bucket door automatically opens, and the material is put into the mixing tank through the feeding funnel.In order to ensure that the hopper is accurately in place, a finite position switch is installed on the feeding rack.There are two limit switches in the upper limit position, which respectively limit and protect the rise of the hopper.There is only one limit switch for the lower limit. When the hopper drops to the bottom of the pit, the wire rope is slightly loosened. The spring lever mechanism causes the lower limit to move, and the hoist mechanism automatically stops. The lower limit and the spring lever mechanism are installed on the top of the upper guide rail.The upper part of the feeding rack can be folded.It is bolted and folded during transportation to reduce the transportation height.
The brake motor can ensure that the hopper can be reliably stopped at any position when it is running at full load. The size of the braking torque is adjusted by the large nut in the rear seat of the motor.
3.3 Water supply system
The water supply system is composed of water pumps, sprinklers, etc.
The total amount of water supply is adjusted by the time relay.
3.4 Unloading system
The system consists of a unloading door, a cylinder and other mechanisms.
The unloading door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and the motorized unloading is realized through the cylinder.The support of the cylinder is mounted on the chassis, and the opening and closing position of the discharge door is controlled by the limit mixing station, and the sealing of the discharge door can be guaranteed by adjusting the position of the sealing strip.The JS500 unloading handle is for emergency unloading during temporary power outages and unloading when the cylinder fails. It should usually be removed to prevent injury.When using the JS500 handle, the manual push rod should be detached.
3.5 Electrical system
The electrical control circuit is equipped with high-performance miniature circuit breakers and thermal relays, which have the functions of short circuit protection, overload protection, and phase-off protection.All control buttons, time relays and indicator lights are arranged on the door of the distribution box, and there is a door lock, and a protective door is provided outside the button.
The electrical system adopts AC380V, three-phase four-wire power supply, and the voltage allowable error is ±5%, otherwise it is prohibited to use it.If the user brings his own power supply, the capacity should be ≥50KVA.The surface temperature rise of the motor is ≤60℃, and the insulation of the charged part to the shell is ≥0.5MW
4 Matching scope and selection requirements
4.1 Product matching range

4.2 User supporting scope and selection requirements
4.2.1 This machine should be equipped with a rainproof canopy.
4.2.2 Equipped with AC 380V three-phase four-wire distribution power supply.It is recommended to choose YCW type, 500V, 3×10+1×6mm2 for power supply wires.
4.2.3 Equipped with a tap water source, (where there is no tap water source, it should be equipped with a clear water source and 1 to 2 water pipes with a capacity of more than 180 liters).
4.2.4 The batching equipment for sand and gravel aggregates can choose the PL800 batching machine produced by our company.
4.2.5 For the stirred concrete, a motorized dump truck is used to pick up and transport the material.
5 User ordering instructions
5.1 Understand the technical performance and supporting scope of this machine.
5.2 When this machine leaves the factory, the lower track, ladder, oblique support, horizontal support, outriggers, and suction pipe are in the state of parts, and the other parts are in the state of assembly of the whole machine.
5.3 This machine should be transported by trucks of ≥5 tons.
5.4 Cranes of ≥8 tons should be used for hoisting.
5.5 During the shipment process of the whole machine, it should be safe and reliable. The specific requirements are as follows:
5.5.1 When hoisting, care should be taken that the center of gravity of the machine shall not be offset.
5.5.2 During shipment, the upper track is folded and tied with steel wire, and the hopper is fixed by the bucket pin.
5.5.3 The whole machine and parts should be fixed firmly and smoothly in the carriage, and hung firmly with a safety hook.
