Briquette Coal Production Process Introduction:
Briquette Coal Production Process is mainly used to briquette charcoal leftover, small pieces of coal, charcoal waste, carbon black, coke fines, etc. and make them be fully used to increase its economic value. The final briquette shape and size both can be customized from 25-60mm with oval, pillow and square shape as well as other favorite shapes in market. according to special requirement. In addition, the raw material range is very widely, like coal powder, fertilizer, salt, iron powder, and gypsum, chrome, copper, etc.
Briquette Coal Production Process Structure:
(1) We offer three types of pressure: spring disc, wedge block and hydraulic
Hydraulic type has larger pressure, even some uneasy shaping materials, such as dry powder, fertilizer, salt, etc, can also press in good shape, the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw material.
(2) Because charcoal powder is just a little light, easy to be molded. The roller material adopts 65Mn is enough. Normally, this kind of roller can use 8-10 month.
(3) We also produce Briquette Coal Production Process: in order to reduce density between charcoal powder and make best quality charcoal briquettes, we design four rollers charcoal ball printing machine, which can press charcoal powder two times.
