Introduction of SGP film production line
SGP is a visco-elastic material with high tear strength (5 times that of PVB film).
Critical glass temperature ~ 55°C (30 - 100 times harder than PVB film)
SGP laminated glass is harder than PVB laminated glass
SGP laminated glass has almost the same bending strength as monolithic glass of the same thickness.
Compared to other interlayer laminated glass, SGP laminated glass offers higher strength properties. Effective reduction of glass thickness, especially for thick laminated glass. Particularly beneficial for point-supported glass.
