1. Precision structural design:
The clever integrated structural design avoids damaging the overall harmony of the stainless steel inner liner, greatly improving product quality. The unique design of the air duct makes the distribution of carbon dioxide more uniform, and the IR infrared sensor collects information more accurately. The usable volume of the inner cavity is greater than the nominal volume, making it more practical.
2. Temperature control:
Each side of the inner cavity is uniformly heated by a silicone rubber electric heating wire heater wrapped in aluminum foil, which heats up quickly and has good temperature uniformity. The temperature sensor adopts specialized temperature acquisition technology, with ultra fast response and strong anti-interference ability, ensuring that the product has extremely high reliability and excellent long-term stability.
3. Carbon dioxide control:
The control of carbon dioxide adopts a stabilizing valve flow control system, and the valve body is made of high-precision imported SMC products, thereby ensuring the control of carbon dioxide concentration.
Professional customized solenoid valves can sensitively sense CO2 gas, and are equipped with door control switches to ensure that the solenoid valve is in a closed state when the box door is open, greatly reducing gas consumption.
High precision infrared sensors provide more precise and sensitive control of CO2 gas concentration. For VAISALA infrared sensors, they can provide FINAS third-party detection reports and have automatic calibration functions.
4. Anti condensation technology:
The comprehensive heating and insulation technology for glass doors effectively suppresses glass fogging and condensation around the door frame, and adds external door temperature sensors to achieve independent detection and adjustment of external door temperature. The independently developed U-shaped silicone sealing strip is made of environmentally friendly silicone material, with a Shore hardness of A70 ± 5, which more effectively adheres to the surface of glass doors and has stronger sealing performance.
5. Sterility:
Using 90 ℃ high temperature and high humidity sterilization, the interior of the box can be regularly disinfected to more effectively kill circulating air and floating bacteria in the bottom reservoir water vapor inside the box, preventing pollution during cell culture.
The inner liner is made of high-quality 304 mirror stainless steel, with a semi-circular four corner design to reduce unnecessary inner surface area, thereby reducing the possibility of bacteria hiding, and achieving faster and more effective bottom cleaning and sterilization. The air inlet is equipped with HEPA high-efficiency filter as standard, for diameters greater than or equal to 0.3 μ M particles have a filtration efficiency of 99.97%, effectively filtering bacteria and dust particles in CO2 gas.
6. Data storage:
The touch screen product comes standard with a USB interface, which can achieve real-time data storage and has a real-time temperature curve display interface, allowing for intuitive viewing of temperature fluctuations and temperature control performance;
7. Security protection:
Protection of personnel - Install leakage current and overvoltage protectors.
Protection of samples - with over temperature alarm, if the temperature inside the box exceeds the set temperature by 1 ℃, an alarm will be triggered.
Alarm for excessive concentration. If the measured concentration value of the digital display product exceeds 1% of the set concentration, an alarm will be triggered. The touch screen interface product can adjust and set this parameter according to experiments.
