The PRLI series ultra pure low flow single stage pressure reducing valve adopts a single-stage diaphragm hard sealing design, with ultra-low leakage rate, internal EP electrolytic polishing treatment, and ultra-low internal surface roughness. High pressure input (up to 3500Psi), low pressure standard flow output, stable output pressure, suitable for high-purity gases used in the semiconductor industry. Each pressure reducing valve undergoes separate pressure testing, helium mass spectrometry leak testing, and particulate matter detection before leaving the factory.
