Capacitive infrasound sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, wide frequency response, flat characteristics in passband and non-contact measurement. The sensor diaphragm can work in the elastic region, and its long-term stability will not be changed by external influences (such as temperature, time, etc.), and it has a wide range of applications in the field of acoustics. HY-IFSound high precision infrasonic measurement sensor converts the capacitance change of the sensitive element into a voltage signal output.
