The CCC certification self-declaration is an adjustment and supplement to compulsory product certification. It is a statement issued by the producer (manufacturer) based on the conformity assessment results to verify that the product meets the requirements of these rules and the applicable standards for compulsory certification. Products that are subject to the self-declaration evaluation method of compulsory product certification can only use the self-declaration evaluation method, and no compulsory product certification certificate will be issued. Enterprises should complete self-evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the "Compulsory Product Certification Self-Declaration Implementation Rules", submit product compliance information in the "Self-Declaration Compliance Information Submission System", and add the compulsory product certification mark to the product. Factory, sold, imported or used in other business activities. After the product compliance information is successfully submitted, the system's generation of the "Compulsory Certification Product Compliance Self-Declaration" is deemed to have obtained the compulsory product certification certificate, and subsequent supervision and management requirements are the same.
Producers (manufacturers) and authorized representatives (when applicable) complete self-evaluation and product compliance information submission in accordance with the requirements of these rules. After signing the self-declaration, the compulsory product certification mark will be added to the product.
The self-declaration is valid for 10 years, and the system will automatically log out after expiration.

1. Producers (manufacturers) aim to ensure that their self-declared products continue to comply with applicable standards for compulsory product certification, and implement internal quality control based on product characteristics and production and processing characteristics in accordance with the requirements of these rules and corresponding product certification implementation rules. Establish a factory quality assurance system.
2. The producer (manufacturer) chooses an appropriate type of conformity assessment method to evaluate the conformity of the product to prove that the product continues to meet the applicable standards for compulsory product certification.
3. Producers (manufacturers) shall establish technical documents in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1 of these rules and properly preserve them; they shall be preserved for at least 10 years from the date of completion of submission of product compliance information for future reference.
4. The producer (manufacturer) and authorized representative (when applicable) sign the "Self-Declaration of Compulsory Certification Product Conformity" (see attachment 2 for the format) for the qualified products and complete the submission of product compliance information.
5. Producers (manufacturers) apply the CCC mark to their self-declared products.
6. When product design, technical characteristics, relevant compulsory product certification requirements or self-declaration related information change, the producer (manufacturer) and authorized representative (when applicable) should supplementally evaluate the product conformity based on the changed content and update the self-declaration and product Compliance information.
