Parker AC890 inverter
The AC890 system driver is a modular AC motor driver performance unit that can be combined to form a maximum multi-segment drive system, saving space, reducing wiring, and providing a system. The safety torque switch function (PLE of the SIL3 or according to EN ISO13849 and EN61800-5-2 classes) provides the framework for the blast furnace.
The AC890 offers V/F, sensorless vector, closed-loop flux vector and servo position control, from simple AC motor control parts to more demanding parts. The AC890 comes in a wide variety of sizes and grades as well as input and output types, making it a solution for motion control projects.
The AC890 can be configured with five motor control modes:
Open loop V/F control
This mode is suitable for basic speed control or multi-motor parallel control.
Sensorless vector control
With the most advanced sensorless vector algorithm, the AC890 provides high starting torque and fast speed regulation without the need for any speed measuring device.
Closed-loop vector control AC890 with encoder feedback options enables full closed-loop flux vector performance. Provides full load static torque and high dynamic response speed loop. Meet most application requirements.
PMAC servo control
Drive permanent magnet servo motor, such as TMW motor.
AFE, used for line regeneration
With this configuration, for applications requiring 4-Q or continuous braking, regenerative energy is returned to the grid with a *** power factor of 1 and a very low current harmonic content
(THD is less than 3%).
Compatible with a variety of feedback devices
