You may feel a little slippy on first contact with dry hands and feet.

Professional exercisers suggest doing some warm-up for several minutes and get 

a little sweat, then do positions on mats.  

The antiskid performance of suede microfiber reaches best when your hands and feet a little moist. Spraying little water mist on the surface can also be helpful.
