1. Copper pole
A threaded embedded copper pole that can withstand large currents passing through; Installation is more convenient and reliable.
2. Pole sealing
Using SAPHIR's patented long-life pressure ring sealing technology, mechanical pressure is used to achieve the purpose of sealing, completely solving the problem of pole leakage.
3. Sealing of shell cover
The battery case and battery cover made of the same flame-retardant ABS material are connected through slots, and then fully fused into one using hot melt sealing technology. The interface can withstand the weight of the entire battery and completely prevent liquid leakage.
4. Flame retardant ABS shell
The flame retardant rating is UL94-V0 grade reinforced ABS shell, combined with corrugated reinforcement design, with high strength and good heat dissipation.
5. Safety valve
STECO's patented safety valve is equipped with fire-resistant and flame-retardant components, and external open flames will not ignite the gas inside the battery; Sensitive opening and closing, good consistency.
6. Positive and negative plates
Using lead calcium tin multicomponent alloy, the calcium content is strictly controlled at 0.08%, effectively reducing self discharge without reducing the hydrogen precipitation potential, ensuring the optimal gas recombination rate; The tin content is strictly controlled at 0.8%, which effectively slows down the corrosion of the positive electrode plate and has good deep cycling performance;
7. Fiberglass
Microporous glass fibers made from borate salts have extremely low resistance and excellent resistance to sulfuric acid and high temperatures; The porosity reaches over 92%, and the electrolyte is fully absorbed in it, leaving the battery in a lean state.
