The complex sugar bar automatic forming line is specially designed to meet the growing market demand for sugar bar products, such as Chocolate bars, nougat bar, cereal bar, energy bar, fruit bar, protein bar and so on. The production line can produce a variety of sugar bars and other products, as well as composite layers containing nougat or toffee, with or without nuts, granola bars and so on.
Gusu sugar line has three widths to choose from, 400,600 and 800mm. All functions of forming line can be adjusted by one or two PLC control cabinets. Comprehensive cooling tunnel is available for fast cooling products. The length and width of the products can be adjusted according to the requirements to reduce the fertilizer rate and realize the maximum efficiency of the products.
The combined product line is suitable for any market: energy bars, cereal bars, oat bars, multigrain bars, protein bars, fruit bars, nougat bars, etc.
