DF white vinegar production line with an annual output of 1500 tons includes three acetic acid fermentation equipment, and computer control system. The DF system controls the automatic production of liquid vinegar. The system is connected with automatic detection devices of temperature and so on. Through setting in the control screen in advance, continuous production processes such as feeding, discharging and cooling can be automatically controlled to ensure the stable quality of each batch of finished vinegar. The vinegar brewing equipment is also equipped with a waste gas condensation recovery system, which is used to recover a large number of useful substances in the bubbles generated during the fermentation process, so that the raw material utilization rate can be as high as 90-98%, that is to say every 1000 liters of pure alcohol can be produced through the DF vinegar brewing equipment 900-970 liters of pure vinegar. The cost of producing vinegar by brewing and the cost of producing vinegar by chemical blending are lower. But because vinegar does not contain heavy metals, methanol, formaldehyde and other harmful substances, acid more pure by the majority of users favored.

DF industrial automation control system through the computer pre-set parameters can automatically complete the feeding, discharging, cooling. At the same time the facts show the fermentation process temperature, time, curve changes, automatic backup data, and the printer can be connected to print out the history record at any time.
DF1500T/ year white vinegar production line total power 2.25kw, cooling system power 0.75kw. In the large-scale production, each 3T of vinegar consumes 10 degrees of electricity, showing a short cycle (stable in 18-24 hours), high conversion rate, 1g ethanol 0.9g acetic acid, can produce high concentration of vinegar (6%-8.6% acetic acid).
