The cost of producing vinegar by brewing and the cost of producing vinegar by chemical blending are lower. But because vinegar does not contain heavy metals, methanol, formaldehyde and other harmful substances, acid more pure by the majority of users favored.

At the same time the facts show the fermentation process temperature, time, curve changes, automatic backup data, and the printer can be connected to print out the history record at any time.

In the large-scale production, each 3T of vinegar consumes 10 degrees of electricity, showing a short cycle (stable in 18-24 hours), high conversion rate, 1g ethanol 0.9g acetic acid, can produce high concentration of vinegar (6%-8.6% acetic acid).
