In chemical process industries, we are faced with difficulties in drying materials due to high toxic contents,hygroscopic in nature, heat sensitive.
To solve the above problems, vacuum dryers are used where the boiling point of the materials to be dried is brought down and the entire system is in a closed loop. No contamination occurs, due to the closed arrangement. Any vapours evolved during the drying process is cooled down through a connected Heat Exchanger and collected in a reciever.
Our YZG/FZG vacuum dryer is basically a tray dryer working under vacuum conditions. It dries on the conduction principle. There are a number of shelves inside the dryer on which the product laden trays are placed. The steam / hot water starts circulating inside the shelves in a serpentine manner. Due to this configuration, the heat transfer from the shelves to the trays is quite fast. The heat is transferred to the product from the shelf on which it is placed due to conduction and from the shelf above due to radiation. The boiling point of the product is brought down considerably due to vacuum.
Vacuum drying ovens are widely used in research fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmacy, medical and health, agricultural research, environmental protection, etc., for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various glass containers. It is especially suitable for fast and efficient drying of heat sensitive, easily decomposable, oxidizable substances and complex ingredients.
2,Heating method:

3, the heat transfer oil heating tube is all heated by stainless steel coil, material: 304, the specifications are 45×3, 32×3, 22×2, the coil is S-shaped, the heating is uniform, the drying rate is fast, the heat transfer oil can be used in the fuel tank. Heating, using high temperature pump circulation.
4. Electric heating: The drying car is welded by 30×30×1.5 stainless steel tube. The heating tube material is made of stainless steel, which is made of W type. Each layer is evenly distributed. It is controlled by intelligent temperature controller, LCD digital display and small temperature. High steady state accuracy.
