Main structure of grape destemming crusher:
This machine is mainly composed of crushing, destemming, frame and other parts.
1. The crushing device is located at the lower end of the feed box and consists of two crushing rollers. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted between 5-15mm, which is determined according to the grape variety.
2. Destemming device: It is composed of destemming shaft and destemming half screen. The stem-removing shaft is equipped with spirally distributed stem-removing leaves. The stem-removing semi-sieve is formed by punching a stainless steel plate, and its main function is to separate the fruit and stems and discharge the stems and branches out of the machine.

Working principle of grape destemming crusher:
The grapes are directly transported from the hopper to the crushing device system, and pass through the semi-sieve and the stem-removing shaft, which is rotated by the stem-removing shaft. The leaves on the stem-removing shaft separate the fruit particles from the stems and branches, and the stem-removing blades are installed in a spiral shape. On the main shaft, it rotates at high speed to discharge the stems from the end of the half screen. The de-stemmed fruit particles fall into the receiving tray from the round holes on the half sieve and are transported to the next process.
