Introduction

This line is  small production line, production process is the same with large industrialized production line. Fruit juice production in accordance with the process standard strictly. Terminal products meet the GMP foof sanitation. Product filling, packaging can be configured according to the retail demand.

Process flow:

Fresh fruit-washing-sorting-crushing-pre-heating-refining-vacuum evaporation-sterilizing-filling-fruit paste

Supporting facilities:

1. Re-circulating cooling water usage: it depends on the actual processing capacity;

2. Source of the Re-circulating cooling water:running water;

3. Water drainage facility: the workshop should be equipped with enough floor drain device;

4. Air standard for filling workshop: as usual level 1,000(but for this small filling machine, it could be level 100)

5. Total power consumption: electric heating less than 70 Kw(steam heaing optional)

6. Power supply: three phase 380 V 50 Hz, independent distribution box;

7. About 2-3 persons for this whole line;

8. Plant/factory area: less than 150 square meter, the height more than 3.5 meters.
