I. Equipment features and USES
This kind of filling system USES compressed air as the power source to drive the conveying and filling of medicament. When the conveying weight reaches a certain value, the signal is transmitted by the sensor to the driving air source electromagnetic valve/high pressure electromagnetic valve, and the air source is closed and the system stops working. Connect the nitrogen source (bottled nitrogen) and reduce the pressure with the reducing valve to the required pressure. Open the high-pressure nitrogen needle valve and inject nitrogen. Observe the pressure gauge on the equipment. This system has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation, convenient maintenance, reliable performance and wide range of use, etc. It is especially suitable for the filling and recovery of sevoflorane and other chemicals in the fire industry, CCC mandatory certification and so on. At the same time, it is suitable for high pressure filling and recovery of various gases and liquids, as well as air tightness detection.

Fm-200 charging system (standard) + non-standard accessories (pressure gauge, weighing table, electric control part, sensor) + vacuum pump.

Place the cylinder well, open the vacuum pump to vacuum.
After the vacuum is completed, open the charging button, and the fm-propane transfer pump starts to work. It will automatically stop when the set weight is reached.
After the filling, open the nitrogen pressure valve and add nitrogen into the filled bottle. (nitrogen pressure reducing valve on the equipment can be adjusted with different nitrogen pressure)
After the operation, close the high pressure valve, open the unloading valve and remove the cylinder.
