Working principle
After being heated and filtered, the fresh hot air will be blew into the air distributor at the bottom of the machine and penetrate through the meshed trolley which loaded with wet materials. Under the effect of air-flow and agitator, the wet material will be fluidized. During the fluidization, the moisture will be rapidly evaporated. At the top of dryer, filter bags are fixed to separate dusts from the exhausted gas. And the filter bags will be regularly cleaned by compressed air blows. At the exhaust vent, a silencer is combined to lower the noise.
This design is mainly used to dry non-fragile granules and powder material in foodstuff, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
