Operation:
1.Note: Before using this equipment, the liquid reservoir must be cleaned with light hot water and then steam sterilized. The material slurry enters the cylinder through the material pipe fixed on the cylinder cover, or opens the cylinder cover and pours in. The material should not be filled too full to prevent the material from being splashed when being stirred by the agitator, causing unsanitary or loss of the environment.
2.Heating method: When heating, you must close the refrigerant inlet valve, drain the remaining refrigerant in the jacket, and then input the material, turn on the stirrer, and then turn on the steam valve. When the required temperature is reached, the steam valve should be closed first, after 2~3 After a few minutes, turn off the stirrer again.
3. Cooling method: close the steam valve, drain the remaining steam condensate in the jacket, and then open the refrigerant valve at the bottom of the cylinder to allow the refrigerant to pass through the jacket and reduce the temperature of the material in the cylinder.
4. Heat preservation: According to the required temperature, turn on the agitator, high-speed valve, and keep the temperature (pay attention to the thermometer) in order to achieve the purpose of heat preservation.
5. Cleaning: After processing is finished, after draining the remaining condensed water in the jacket of the tank, rinse with warm water as soon as possible to brush off the sticky materials, and then use 40C~50C alkaline water to clean the inner wall of the container and rinse with clean water. The next time you use it, use hot water or steam (90C) or more for 2~3 minutes of disinfection.
6. Maintenance: always pay attention to the working conditions of the whole set of equipment and reducer. If the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, add it immediately. Change the oil once every six months (40# oil). When the equipment is not in use, be sure to flush the jacket with warm water to avoid Salt water is corroded, and the cylinder body is often scrubbed to keep the exterior clean and the inner tank bright to achieve the purpose of durability.
