Reactor
· Mixing and Blending
Raw materials, including polymers, tackifiers, and additives, are mixed and blended in specific proportions to create the hmpsa formulation.
· Melting and Heating
The adhesive formulation is then melted and heated to a suitable temperature, typically in a melting system.
Vacuum System
· Deaeration
Some adhesive formulations may require deaeration to remove air bubbles or trapped gases. A vacuum system can be utilized to create a vacuum environment that helps release the air bubbles from the adhesive formulation.
Condenser

The primary purpose of a condenser is to facilitate the condensation of vapors or gases into a liquid state. However, in the production of hmpsa, the focus is on melting solid adhesive formulations and shaping them into the desired pillow-shaped form, rather than dealing with condensation processes.
