Shandong Longli Belts Co., Ltd
Definition:
Super strength chevron belts are quite simply the Strongest and most reliable chevron belts available today.
The Longli profiles are moulded and vulcanized in one continuous production process together with the base belt. This creates a single, homogeneous belt structure that is far stronger than belts that have the chevrons atiached separately. Another key advantage is that this integral strength allows the use of smaller pulley diameters.
The Longli chevron belt carcasses with their polyesternytilon (ep) fabric plies provide low elongation (stretch) and are impervious to moisture. They significantly exceed the international standards for tensile strength at break (forboth the carcass and the covers), adhesion between the plies and adhesion between the covers and the carcass.
Specification:
Standard profile widths range from 400mm up to 2200mm, depending on profile type. ‘super strength’ chevron belts are available in RA (highabrasion resistant), and ROS (mineral oil resistant) qualities. Other cover grades are available on request. All Longli chevron belts are supplied with moulded edges.
Pattern: Open V, Close V, L type, H type, Multi-V type, etc;
Width of Belt(BW) : 450mm- 2200mm;

Advantages:
Super-strong homogeneous belt structure
Available in different chevron height options
Outstanding wear resistance and durability
100% ozone and UV resistant
Low elongation
Available in belt widths from 500mm up to 1600mm , Two-year guarantee against faulty Workmanship and/or materials
Application:
When the incline angle of conveyor belt is large to convey the material easy to slip. Now we should be using chevron belt. Chevron belts in varying designs are widely used for handling a wide range of materials at moderate inclinations. These can include bulk materials such as crushed minerals, sand, coal, wood chips, grain, fertilizer, as well as sacks and packages.
