Mineral big bag is normally used for storage & transportation of Mining and Mineral products such as coal, copper mineral, metal mineral, zinc mineral etc.
These bags are manufactured from polypropylene woven fabrics which are stabilized against UV degradation. Each bulk bag can stand loading capacities between 500kgs to 3000kgs with safety factor of 5:1 or 6:1 (5:1 is for Single use & 6:1 is for multiple use or for UN bags), depending on the bag design and usage. Optional LDPE or HDPE inner liner can be included to provide additional protection against moisture.

How to select the suitable bag type for your application?
● Circular or Tubular
Tubular shape bag with seamless made from pp woven fabric on a circular loom.This eliminates the need for vertical seems. Bottom of bag can be square or circle shape.
● U-Panel
U-Panel bags consists of a large “U” piece of fabric with 2 side panels sewing to each side to fulfill a bag shape. U-panel bulk bags can provide the square shape and enlarge the loading capacity.
● 4 Panels
4 Panel bag with 4 separate fabric panels to construct a bag by sewing together. And another square sheet of fabric is used to make the bottom of the bag.
● Baffled bag
Baffled bags are typically 4-panel or U-panel or Circular bags which using internal fabric baffles to keep the bag square shape and stability. These bags are designed to maximize storage and save shipping space.

TYPE A
Type A big bag is made of fabric without any protective function against static electricity accumulation, and can be used to fill, unload and transport non-flammable and non-explosive products. Most of big bags used in the industry are belong to this type..
TYPE B
The Type B big bags are made from low-voltage fabric which has low resistance (6Kv). They are used to fill, unload and transport non-flammable and non-explosive products. They can be used to transport dry and flammable products in powder form.
TYPE C (CONDUCTIVE BIG BAGS)
The C-type big bag is completely conductive. They have black conductive carbon fibers woven into the fabric. In addition, all parts of the bag are connected by conductive interconnects, so the resistance between any part is less than 107 ohms. The Type C big bag has a black ground point, and one of them must be grounded during filling and discharging. Alternatively, some filling and unloading stations can ground Type C through the lifting loops. Using C-type bag can effectively eliminate electrical loads.
