The microporous pure titanium aeration head uses industrial pure titanium powder (purity ≥99.6%) as the main raw material and is sintered under high temperature and high vacuum. Its structure is uniform, the micropore diameter is 0.2-100μm, the porosity is 35%~50%, the filtration resistance is small, the separation and purification efficiency is high, and the mechanical properties are good.
There are two types: tubular and spherical, with small aeration resistance and good gas-liquid boundary. It has a large area, uniform bubble diffusion, no hole obstruction, and strong corrosion resistance. It consumes 40% less energy than conventional aeration gas and nearly doubles the sewage treatment capacity. It is especially suitable for urban sewage, new expansion of large water-use plants, and renovation of old aeration tanks.
