The Parker AC690 + Integrator series is a single family of AC drives designed to meet the requirements of variable speed applications ranging from simple single motor speed control to more complex integrated multi-drive systems. At the heart of the AC690 + is an advanced motor control model based on a 32-bit microprocessor. This provides an excellent dynamic performance platform that adds a large number of communication and control options, allowing you to customize the drive to suit your exact requirements. The AC690 + offers 380-460V three-phase 1 to 1500 HP and 220V to 240V 1 to 75 HP.
Characteristics:
The AC690 can be configured by the user to operate in 3 different modes:
• Open loop (volt/frequency) control
This mode is very suitable for basic motor speed control or multiple motors driven in parallel. Quick setup menus and simple language displays enable a faster, simpler, trouble-free startup.
• Sensorless vector control
Advanced MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System) motor control strategies provide high starting torque and strict speed regulation. MRAS provide accurate speed simulation (without any speed measuring sensors) by continuously modeling the motor.
• Closed loop vector control
Closed-loop flux vector performance can be achieved with AC690 + by simply adding an encoder feedback "technology box". This provides continuous full load static torque plus a high dynamic speed loop (up to 45 Hz bandwidth); Enough to meet more demanding application requirements.
