Such as, CD model hoist's lifting capacity is from 0.25~20t with single lifting speed, but MD model hoist with double lifting speed. In addition, HC model hoist is invented because of the big lifting capacity requirements. Generally speaking, Electric wire rope hoist is used in workshop. And its traveling speed is usually 20m/min.
Wire rope electric hoist is a kind of small lifting equipment with the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small volume, strong versatility of parts and convenient operation. It is mainly used for various lifting, hauling, loading and unloading of heavy objects, oil tank inversion welding, such as the installation and movement of various large and medium-sized concrete, steel structure and mechanical equipment, and is applicable to civil construction engineering and bridge construction of construction or installation companies, factories and mines, electric power, ship, automobile manufacturing and so on.
It can be installed on I-beam alone, and can also be installed on electric or manual single beam, double beam, cantilever, gantry and other cranes.
Daily Inspection:
During the daily inspection, monthly inspection and annual inspection, all unqualified parts shall be repaired, adjusted or replaced immediately. The maintenance shall meet the following requirements:
1. The replacement parts shall be the same as the original parts in material and performance during maintenance;
2. When the structural parts need to be repaired by welding, the materials, welding rods and welding quality used shall meet the quality standards of the original structural parts;
3. The electric hoist shall not be maintained when it is in working condition.
