The seamless steel pipe is made of perforated whole round steel, and the steel pipe without weld seam on the surface is called seamless steel pipe. According to the production method, seamless steel pipes can be divided into hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-drawn seamless steel pipes, extruded seamless steel pipes, and pipe jacking. According to the cross-sectional shape, the seamless steel pipe is divided into two types: round and special-shaped. The maximum diameter is 900mm and the minimum diameter is 4mm. According to different uses, there are thick-walled seamless steel pipes and thin-walled seamless steel pipes.
Seamless Steel Honed Tube is made of JIS STKM13C/ DIN ST52/ ASTM A106/ SAE1020 and welded pipe: DIN ST52.3 are also offered. Seamless Steel Hydraulic Cylinder Honed Tube withstands higher pressure than welded tube without splits. But, roundness of welded honed barrels is superior to seamless pipe. After honing, carbon steel cylinder honed tube of mechanical structure use has precision diameter, smooth surface, and excellent performance of oil storage. This kind of Hydraulic Cylinder Tube and Pneumatic Cylinder Tube work smoothly without pauses and has longer working life in cylinders. Seamless steel pipes are mainly used as petroleum geological drilling pipes, cracking pipes for petrochemical industries, boiler pipes, bearing pipes and high-precision structural steel pipes for automobiles, tractors and aviation.

Seamless pipes are widely used, mainly for the manufacture of water wall pipes, boiling water pipes, superheated steam pipes,superheated steam pipes for locomotive boilers, large and small smoke pipes and arched brick pipes.
