In addition to being used for storage and transportation, liquid nitrogen tanks can also be used for self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tanks that combine storage and transportation, and are only used for rehydration of other liquid nitrogen containers. The self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank belongs to the "YDZ" series. It has the same vacuum insulation + internal and external double tank structure as the "YDS" series, but the YDZ has no caliber and controls the inlet and outlet of liquid nitrogen through valves.
Features of self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank:

Advantages of self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tanks:
1. Low pressure is safer
In addition to self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tanks, there are also medium and high-pressure Dewar bottles that can realize liquid nitrogen replenishment. The difference lies in the pressure and whether annual inspection is required. The self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank has a low pressure within 0.1MPa and has no pressure when not in the infusion state. It is not a pressure vessel and does not require annual inspection, which is safer.
2. High efficiency in outputting liquid nitrogen
Although the pressure is low, the infusion speed of the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank is not slow. When it is fully filled, it only takes 20 seconds to pressurize it to the standard pressure; the liquid nitrogen storage capacity is 3/4, which takes about 1 minute. And it relies on the internal pressurization system to pressurize, without contact with external air, and the purity of liquid nitrogen is guaranteed.
In addition, self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tanks can be equipped with solenoid valves to achieve automatic replenishment.
