Hainan Jinpan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JST"), founded in 1997 and located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, China, is a private enterprise specializing in the design and manufacture of transformers. It is progressiveness in the manufacturing technology of distribution transformers, keeping pace with the international level.

We have four R&D and manufacturing bases in Haikou, Wuhan, Shanghai, and Guilin, as well as sales and production bases in the United States and Mexico. 

JST was listed on NASDAQ in 1998 and on the A-share Science and Technology Innovation Board in 2021. 

At present, all JST factories have upgraded to Industry 4.0 digital chemical plants and meet the VDI4499 standard of the German Association of Engineers, and have passed the certification of TUV NORD in Germany.

JST transformer products have successively obtained a series of authoritative certifications such as KEMA testing in the Netherlands, UL certification in the United States, EU CE, DNV GL certification by the Norwegian German Classification Society, CSA certification in Canada, BV certification by the French Classification Society, China Classification Society certification, energy-saving product certification, and provide transformer technical consulting and solution services that meet GB, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, CSA, JEC and other standards.

The company has developed the "Digital Factory Management Manual", "Digital Factory Operation Management 

Procedure", "Digital Factory Preparation Management Control Procedure", "System Architecture Creation 

Management Procedure", "Data and Data Model Management Control Procedure", "Digital Factory 

Implementation Control Procedure", "Digital Factory Overall Architecture", and "Digital R&D Plan Specification" 

in accordance with the VDI4499 Digital Factory Construction Standard of the German Association of Engineers 

The three-level quality management documents, including the digital production plan manual, digital 

management plan manual, digital marketing and service plan manual, have established a management system 

for factory construction planning, production automation, material automation, information flow automation, 

and digital factory construction.
