YBBP series explosion-proof variable frequency variable speed three-phase asynchronous motor is a new product developed by our company based on market demand. When used in conjunction with frequency converters, it can achieve smooth and stepless speed regulation over a wide range. The speed range, dynamic response, speed accuracy, low-frequency torque, slip compensation, power factor, efficiency, and other aspects have great advantages, meeting the needs of petroleum The explosion-proof performance of motors with explosive gas mixtures in chemical industry and other industries complies with the provisions of GB3868.1-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3868.2-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures".

4. Scope and conditions of use:
Environmental conditions for use of flameproof motors
The ambient air temperature varies seasonally, generally not exceeding -15~+40 ℃;
2. Environmental atmospheric pressure of 80-110Kpa;
3. Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
4. The maximum relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 95% (when the temperature is+25 ℃);
Flammable gases, vapors, mist, dust, fibers, and air between the upper and lower limits of explosiveness pose an explosion hazard to the working face.
5. Electrical conditions for motor use
The frequency regulation range of 5~50Hz is constant torque speed regulation, and 50~100Hz is constant power speed regulation.
The rated voltages are 380V, 660V, 1140V, 380/660V, 660/1140V, and direct starting at full voltage is allowed.
3. The motor rating is based on the continuous working system rating, and the working system type is S1.
4. The stator winding of the motor adopts an F-level insulation system. When the motor operates at the minimum air volume within the specified operating range, the allowable temperature of the bearing (thermometer method) should not exceed 95 ℃, the surface high temperature of the shell (thermometer method) should not exceed 150 ℃, and the temperature rise of the stator winding (resistance method) should be evaluated according to 85K.
